There are so many that have questions on what they are feeling.
+Physical Anomalies/Sensations in specific areas
+Diet Strangeness/Foods that worked before don’t all of a sudden
+Over Fatigued/Over Energized
+Mental Lapse of Recall/ Deja vu flashes
All of these are totally unexplained as to the root cause by medical professionals if you go see them (yes it is always advised to check in with them first so the establishment does not feel left out…we do not offer any medical advice ever so you must see them to get that.)
Why this is happening is because the human body is taking in more light frequencies. Think of it as growing pains when you were young. Everything has to shift and make room. Often this means that what is there must go. Here are the top 10 things we advise:
1. If you are not already doing so, remove artificial and chemical food/drink. Your body can no longer handle them like it did. Simpler and purer does better now.
2. Drink much more clean water daily. This can go beyond the good ole 8 glasses a day up to a gallon. But ease into it as your body adjust, don’t just go and force drink a gallon. In general most folks are dehydrated anyway so more will help.
3. Go for gentle remedies, over the counter and pharma solutions are getting too harsh. Use homeopathy, natural herbs for teas or extracts. Extracts that have no or little alcohol are better. Use Caster Oil for muscle and body pain, coconut oil, use Arnica,
4. You will find that essential oils of higher grade are now more attractive. This is because they carry frequencies that are subtler than artificial ingredients, Your body will now appreciate them and you can find them to assist with many physical, mental or emotional transitions.
5. Take Epsom Salt/Sea Salt, Baking Soda, and Apple Cider Vinegar Baths (not the artificially flavored ACV). Use a handful of the salt, handful of the soda and a bit less than that of the cider. If your body hurts use a cup or more of the first two. This will help greatly and also acts to remove toxins and clear the auric and etheric fields of light around your physical body.
6. Govern your emotional and mental environment. You can no longer handle as much “density” as you used to take on. Bars, shopping malls, stores…they all have many other people there and most of them are still firmly within the “3D” lifestyle. The conversations and general energy they emit is no longer compatible with those taking in more Light. (Yes everyone will eventually have to consciously do so but you are in the forefront.) Guide your own thoughts to not engage in lower energy conversations: the NWO, the government, who and who are not the bad guys, critical thoughts, words and judgments of any kind — including judging yourself — must now be a thing of the past. This also goes for your emotional body: feed it with kindness, compassion and goodness as much as you can. This does not mean being complacent with any deficiencies or areas of your personality that are more negative such as self-judgment, anger, despair; it means build them up into being the positive aspects: self-acceptance, loving, hopeful. (Which is what our work is also all about).
7. Get off media. Dark shows and movies and music and games, even if it still seems fun and exhilarating is still playing with ‘the dark fire’. The frequencies and messages of those who created the images, sounds or emotions have to be taken into account now. All things are connected.
8. Stop being in conflict and being the “Warrior of Light”. Like energy is like energy. ‘Anti” anything is still the same energy — only at the polarity. Oneness is not polarity. Drop the “swords” and embrace allowing each person to find their own path. Just share your understandings of what worked for you, not telling folks what they should/should not be doing. Don’t “occupy” anything other than yourself. Be a Torchbearer for the Light, not a Crusader who forces it on others.
9. If you are not doing a higher consciousness spiritual practice, just ‘being the Love and the Light’ is no longer sufficient. We have to reverse the energies we have built up over eons. How long have humans been building up their “dark muscles”? Each person has to now build up their “Light muscles” the same way we all did within the dark. Unless you live in a monastery high on a mountain top, you now need “Light muscles”. Religion is great for some souls (and is important to their spiritual growth), but those at the forefront of building the foundation for a New Earth are called to go beyond religion into getting in touch with the Oneness of Source itself. And Oneness is not about excluding anyone’s beliefs but about everyone seeing the underlying Source of all beliefs. If you have been mediating already, take it to the next level. Always ask to be connected to your Higher Self through the I AM PRESENCE and find teachers that can insure you are doing so correctly. That begins the work of clearing those eons of dimensional debris and it takes time and patience.
10. Lastly don’t believe everything you read or hear from the New Age “press” sources. As we move into a higher level of light quotient within the very start of the Golden age, there are still many Beings who have the ability to interfere, interject and infiltrate any given message. Many channels mean well but a huge percentage of them have no way of knowing if what they receive is fully in the Light and Pure. Everything has changed now that the ‘New Earth’ was scheduled to be here in December of 2012. More diligence, persistence and dedication is now required to bring through the purity of the Christed Frequency within the God-Force of the Creative Source of Oneness because that energy of the “Darkness” is not at all desiring a New Earth to get created. A whole new level of personal awareness is now required.
